Richard B. Jacobs LUTCF, FSS

Awarded to the selected individual, who has throughout the years, sincerely, unselfishly, and persistently given of his or her time and means for the improvement and development of the insurance industry, and for the elevation of the standards and ethics of the representatives of the industry in Nevada. This is the highest award our State association can bestow on a member.

This honor is in memoriam to Nevada’s first Commissioner of Insurance, Paul Hammel.
